Returns:

Non-Returnable Items:

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy:
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping:
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
